¶ 1 Penelope Young (Young) appeals her conviction in the Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County, for parenting interference in violation of § 45-5-634(1)(a), MCA. She also appeals certain terms and conditions of the sentence imposed by the District Court. We affirm Young's conviction, reverse Young's sentence in part, and remand for further proceedings.
