{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Donna and Duane Grimme, appeal a decision of the Preble County Court of Common Pleas granting the respective summary judgment motions of defendants-appellees, Fanning/Howey Associates, Inc., Peterson Construction Company, and Teepe's River City Mechanical, Inc. For the reasons outlined below, we reverse the decision of the trial court.
