Appellants, El Paso Production ("El Paso") and Swift Energy Company ("Swift") appeal an order of the Columbia County Circuit Court awarding damages to Appellee James H. Blanchard, Jr. ("Blanchard") resulting from Appellants' seismic operations conducted upon surface lands owned by Blanchard. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for a recalculation of actual damages.
