{¶ 1} This appeal arises from the June 14, 2006 summary judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas finding in favor of appellee, Motorists Mutual Insurance Companies, on the public-policy and constitutional issues presented in the former 1997 version of the Uninsured Motorist Statute, R.C. 3937.18(J)(1) and (K)(2).
