A jury found defendant-appellant Mark Johnson guilty of one count of possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Lewis A. Kaplan, Judge) entered a judgment of conviction and sentenced Johnson principally to 120 months' imprisonment, to be followed...
