Per Curiam.

By order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey dated February 24, 2005 (182 N.J. 531, 868 A.2d 289 [2005]), the respondent was disbarred for the knowing misappropriation of trust funds, in violation of New Jersey Rules of Professional Conduct rule 1.15 and he was permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law.
