BENCH, Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiffs Joseph and Linda Fox (the Foxes) appeal the, trial court's dismissal of their claims against Defendant Brigham Young University (BYU) for their failure to present expert testimony to prove the cause of Mrs. Fox's injury. The Foxes also appeal the trial court's order denying their objection& to the admission of an affidavit and an accident report prepared by BYU volunteer emergency medical technicians...
