Appellant Carlos Alexander Solis appeals the grant of a default judgment in favor of appellee State of Arkansas. We affirm the circuit court's judgment.

On November 2, 2006, Solis was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance, a Class Y felony. At the time of his arrest, the Benton County Sheriff deputies seized his 1999 Ford F-350. The following day, the prosecuting attorney on behalf of the State instituted forfeiture proceedings...
