This action arises from a car accident resulting in a personal injury claim. Defendant/Appellant (Critchfield) admits liability for the accident; the only issues before the jury were (1) which injuries were caused by Critchfield's negligence and (2) the amount of damages. This is an appeal by Critchfield from the grant of Plaintiff's (Crowley's) motion for new trial, or in the alternative additur.
