James O. Rogers, William M. Burmeister, Conservative Care, Inc., and Care Affiliates, Inc., appeal the trial court's judgment, following a jury trial, in favor of Daniel Alexander, Leslie Alexander, and Judith Pucci. In nineteen issues, appellants argue (1) there is no evidence to support an award of damages on any of appellees' claims; (2) appellees' expert witness was unqualified, unreliable, and used faulty damage models...
