This appeal arises from an order of the Mississippi County Circuit Court convicting Appellant Kenny Travis, Jr. of the capital murder of J.W. Hall, a Class Y felony and a violation of Ark.Code Ann. § 5-10-101 (Supp.2003), and aggravated robbery, a Class Y felony and a violation of Ark.Code Ann. § 5-12-103 (Repl.1997), and sentencing him to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole and ten years' imprisonment, respectively....
