Appellant, Brandon L. Prine, appeals the Jefferson County Circuit Court's denial of his petition for writ of prohibition seeking to prohibit his trial in district court. We dismiss Appellant's appeal.

On July 10, 2004, Appellant was issued a citation for driving while intoxicated and for speeding. His trial was set for March 8, 2005, in the Jefferson County District Court. After failing to appear, Appellant's trial was reset for November...
