MOORE, Judge.

Darren Byron Miller appeals the Jefferson Family Court's order directing him to pay $8,500.00 of his ex-wife's attorney's fees and costs she incurred as a result of their divorce and property settlement proceedings. After a careful review of the record, we vacate the portion of the family court's order awarding attorney fees under KRS 403.220 and remand that part for further proceedings because the family court failed to properly...
