{¶ 1} Randy Brodt, President of the Adams County Building & Loan Company, appeals his 13 convictions for tax evasion in violation of the village of West Union Ordinance No. 2005-1, Section 12(A)(4), a misdemeanor of the third degree. On appeal, Brodt contends that insufficient evidence supports his convictions.
