Appellant United States of America appeals from an Order entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida ("Bankruptcy Court") on August 16, 2006, which vacated its Debtor's Discharge Order of January 12, 2006 and dismissed Appellee Susan McDaniel's main bankruptcy case and a related adversary proceeding. (Main Bankr.Dkt. No. 29; Adv. Bankr.Dkt. No. 26, hereinafter the "Aug. 16 Order").
