We confront Pat V. Costa's appeal from the bankruptcy court order overruling his "Omnibus Objection to Final Applications for Compensation" of certain estate professionals. That order rejected Costa's contention that the professionals' allowed fees could not lawfully be paid from certain "carve-out" funds established for that purpose under previously-entered court orders.
