¶ 1 Natalie Gallegos and Kathy Hall petitioned for interlocutory appeal to challenge the magistrate's bindover on charges of child endangerment in each of their cases. Gallegos and Hall each contend that the bindover should be quashed because the State failed to establish probable cause and because the child endangerment statute is void for vagueness.
