This Adversary Proceeding is before the Court on motions for summary judgment filed by Defendant Leeza Cherniak (Doc. 35), and Defendant J. Martin & Associates, Inc. (Doc. 40). The motions are fully briefed. (Docs.36, 39, 40, 42, 46, 47). For the reasons set forth below, both motions are GRANTED and the Trustee's Complaint is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE...
