Petitioner Osman Dario Carcamo, a native and citizen of Honduras, seeks review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA"), affirming without opinion a decision of Immigration Judge ("IJ") Alan J. Vomacka that denied his application for voluntary departure under Section 240B of the Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA"), 8 U.S.C. § 1229c.1
