Gerald E. Russum (Husband) appeals the judgment of the trial court dissolving his marriage to Pamela J. Russum (Wife). Husband also appeals from the judgment of the trial court awarding Wife attorney's fees on appeal. The two appeals have been consolidated for purposes of this proceeding.
