After he pled guilty to possessing more than 500 grams of cocaine with the intent to distribute it, I sentenced the defendant Jeremy Quinn to a term of 60 months imprisonment, the statutory mandatory minimum sentence for the crime of conviction but well below the sentence range recommended by the United States Sentencing Guidelines.
