Appellant/Cross-Appellee, Colleen Jackson, appeals from an order and judgment of the McCracken Circuit Court awarding her $310,000 in compensatory damages against Appellee, Justin Duncan; $504,000 in compensatory and $350,000 in punitive damages against Appellee/Cross-Appellant, Sweet & Sassy d/b/a/ Ginger & Pickles; and $150,000 in punitive damages against Appellee/Cross-Appellant, William Tullar, Jr. We conclude that...
