WINE, Judge.

John Carmical ("Carmical") appeals a jury verdict finding the Appellee, Keith Bullock ("Bullock"), not liable for damages he sustained as a result of an attack by Bullock's pet dog. The sole allegation of error concerns the trial court's instructions to the jury. Carmical asserts that the trial court should have only instructed the jury on a theory of strict liability. We do not agree and therefore affirm the judgment on the jury...
