Appellant Frantz Guillaume entered the United States illegally and applied for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT"). After both the Immigration Judge ("IJ") and the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") rejected his claims, Guillaume appealed. After careful consideration of the record, we conclude that we lack jurisdiction over his asylum claim, the CAT claim was abandoned, and the BIA's rejection...
