This matter came before the Court in connection with the Trustee's request for entry of a default judgment against the debtor, revoking his discharge under 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(d)(1)1, and (d)(2). As set forth at greater length below, the Trustee's request to revoke the debtor's discharge is denied.
