TOM GRAY, Chief Justice.

The trial court dismissed Nichols's suit against Sedalco without prejudice. Nichols appeals. We affirm.

In Nichols's second issue, he contends that the trial court erred in granting Sedalco's motion to dismiss for want of prosecution.
