I. Introduction

Pro se appellant Carolyn Jones appeals from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Citibank (South Dakota), N.A. Because we conclude that appellee negated appellant's claims as a matter of law, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
