The plaintiff commenced this action to recover no-fault firstparty benefits for medical services provided to its assignor on February 14, 2004, in the total sum of $1,791.73, which have not been paid. The action was commenced on or about June 6, 2005, and issue was joined on or about June 16, 2005. The plaintiff now moves for summary judgment. The defendant opposes the motion.
