Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company filed suit seeking a determination of its obligation to defend or indemnify its insured, Richard Irwin Gibbons, for personal injury claims asserted by Greg and Maribel Tanner, Individually and as Next Friends of their minor children, K.T. and R.T., resulting from an accident that occurred while Gibbons was fleeing the police.
