PER CURIAM.

This is an attorney disciplinary matter. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel ("ODC") brought formal charges against Respondent Cletus K. Okpalaeke based upon several alleged acts of misconduct. The panel of the Commission on Lawyer Conduct ("the Panel") found that Respondent committed numerous acts of misconduct and recommended that Respondent be disbarred from the practice of law. Neither ODC nor Respondent, who is in default, objected to the Panel's findings...
