Jennifer Conlee was awarded an absolute divorce from Tom Conlee in 2005. Since then, both parties have consistently been engaged in litigation, alleging noncompliance with the divorce decree. Jennifer petitioned the circuit court to hold Tom in contempt for failure to comply with the terms of the divorce decree.
