Appellant, Paul Joseph Stautzenberger, appeals his conviction after a bench trial of the Class B Misdemeanor offense of driving while license invalid. TEX. TRANSP. CODE ANN. § 521.457 (Vernon 2007). The trial court found appellant guilty and assessed his punishment at 30 days in jail and a $500 fine.
