A jury found appellant, Sunday Oluwatoyin Ajisebutu, guilty of money laundering funds in excess of $100,000, a first-degree felony, and assessed his punishment at 60 years in prison.1 See Act of May 26,1993, 73rd Leg., R.S., ch. 761, § 2, 1993 Tex.
