Plaintiffs Robert and Ann Morrow appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing their breach of contract claims against defendant Red Shield Insurance Co., based on defendant's failure to process a requested change of address for a policy of fire insurance on their boathouse. The trial court granted summary judgment to defendant. We agree with plaintiffs that there are material issues of fact precluding summary judgment as to one of the claims...
