BURKE, Justice.

[¶ 1] Appellant KH (Mother) appeals the district court's decision terminating her parental rights. We affirm.

ISSUE

[¶ 2] Mother presents two issues, but we find her first to be dispositive:

Whether the [d]istrict [c]ourt erred [by] terminating the parental rights of Mother when the Department of Family Services had failed to comply with its own written policy of attempting to place children with relatives...
