Defendant-appellant Omar Rivera-Rodríguez ("Rivera-Rodríguez") appeals from his sentence of 121 months imprisonment for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). Finding his assignments of error to be without merit, we affirm Rivera-Rodríguez's sentence.
