¶ 1 Appellant, Charles R. Stewart, appeals from the superior court's denial of relief from his special action petition challenging the constitutionality of provisions of a state statute allowing prospective jurors 75 and older to opt out of jury service and prohibiting the public disclosure of statements submitted to the courts by prospective jurors asking to be excused from jury service for "mental or physical" reasons...
