¶ 1 Twin Peaks Construction Inc. of Nevada appeals from the superior court's ruling affirming the order of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors requiring Twin Peaks to comply with A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(11) by paying its subcontractor, appellee Weatherguard Metal Construction, Inc., amounts owed and also awarding Weatherguard its attorney fees.
