On July 21, 2002, and continuing thereafter, WorldCom Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries (hereinafter "WorldCom" or "Reorganized Debtors") filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Southern District of New York. Roger B. Abbott ("Abbott") subsequently filed proof of claim number 17111
