PER CURIAM.

¶ 1 Petitioner brought his petition for reinstatement on March 21, 2007, in compliance with Rule 11.1 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP), 5 O.S.2001, Ch. 1, App. 1-A. This is his second attempt at reinstatement. The history of both his resignation from the bar and of his earlier (first) quest for reinstatement may be found in the text of this court's pronouncement on his first application. They need not be repeated here.
