[¶ 1] After sustaining a work related injury, Leslie Yother applied for worker's compensation benefits. The Workers' Compensation Division (Division) awarded him medical, temporary total disability and impairment benefits. Later, after undergoing surgery for the injury, Mr. Yother applied for permanent partial disability (PPD) benefits.
