OPINION

KEASLER, J., delivered the opinion for a unanimous Court.

The judge in Robert Gray's trial excused a venireperson for an economic reason. The Court of Appeals reversed and remanded the case for a new trial because it determined that the error was structural. We disagreed and remanded the case for a non-constitutional harm analysis. The Court of Appeals again reversed because it could not state that the error was harmless. Once again, we reverse...
