¶ 1 Defendant was convicted of two counts of aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol (aggravated DUI) following a bench trial. The issue on appeal is whether substantial evidence supports the trial court's determination that defendant, who failed to notify the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles (the Department) of his change of address as statutorily required, received constructive notice of his license suspension...
