This action involves a dispute between members of Hudson Green, LLC (Hudson), an entity that was formed in connection with the development of a then-undeveloped parcel of land in Manhattan located at Ninth Avenue and West 13th Street (the property). Hudson's sole asset, which it acquired in April of 1999, was a 99-year leasehold interest in the property.
