Following a plea of not guilty, Appellant, Peter Rodriguez, was convicted by a jury of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and sentenced to fifteen years confinement and a $10,000 fine. Presenting five issues pertaining to two general categories of alleged error, he contends the trial court erred by (1) overruling his motion to suppress evidence and (2) denying his request for a jury charge instruction...
