{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant United Parcel Service, Inc. ("UPS") appeals the judgment of the trial court entered on a jury's verdict in favor of plaintiff-appellee Robert Meyer on his claims, for age discrimination under R.C. 4112.99 and for retaliatory discharge under R.C. 4123.90 for filing workers' compensation claims.
