Andy Williams Mangual-Garcia ("Mangual-Garcia") and Gilberto Villanueva-Rivera ("Villanueva-Rivera") appeal from their convictions for (1) conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute in excess of five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841 and (2) possession with intent to distribute approximately five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
