This case is on remand from the Court of Criminal Appeals. See State v. Cullen, 195 S.W.3d 696 (Tex.Crim.App.2006). On remand, we must determine whether the trial court abused its discretion by granting Christopher Cullen's motions to suppress. Because the facts of this case demonstrate there was probable cause to arrest Cullen for driving while intoxicated, we reverse...
