OPINION

THORNE, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiffs Reid1 and Christopher Dimick (the Dimicks) collectively appeal the district court's grant of Defendant OHC Liquidation Trust's2 (Oakwood) motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
