(the "Bank" or the "Appellant") has appealed the March 31, 2006 Opinion of the Bankruptcy Court (the "Opinion") granting damages to appellee, Syrria Adomah ("Adomah" or the "Appellee") arising out of a violation of § 362 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C.
